Shaul - CEO of Valyou Furniture is A Scam, A Cheater, A lier.

I am Sarah, the Export Sales Manager of HK Montel Industrial Limited(o/b Gerfenii Furniture), and I take full responsibility for the following account of a deeply disappointing business experience.
Shaul Rappaport, the CEO of Valyou Furniture, has proven himself to be untrustworthy and deceitful in our business dealings. Our commercial relationship began in 2021 when he initiated orders for sofas from our company, which we fulfilled with professionalism and promptness over multiple transactions.
In January 2024, just before the Chinese New Year, we shipped four containers of goods to his company. According to our agreement, the balance payment was due before the containers reached their destination port. However, Shaul failed to honor this commitment. On February 8th, 2024—the eve of Chinese New Year—he sent me a forged bank transfer slip. Given that all financial institutions were closed for the holiday, it was impossible to verify the authenticity of the supposed payment. Due to our long - standing trust from previous years of cooperation, I mistakenly released the containers without securing the funds.
To resolve this issue, on December 11th, 2024, we reached an installment agreement stipulating that Shaul would pay us $2,000 per month. While we received a single payment of $2,000 in March 2025, he subsequently vanished. Despite numerous attempts to communicate, he has ignored all correspondence.
As of now, there remains an outstanding debt of $19,004 (calculated as $21,040 - $2,000). Shaul, if you believe that defrauding me will lead to your prosperity, I must warn you that dishonesty ultimately corrodes one’s reputation.
I find it astonishing that someone of your stature in the business world would engage in such unethical conduct. I share this story not only to seek justice for my company but also to caution others in the industry about the risks associated with dealing with Valyou Furniture under Shaul’s leadership.
Please be vigilant, and let this serve as a reminder that trust in business should always be earned through consistent integrity.
